Fees and Funding

You don't need a referral to see a dietitian. Anyone interested in improving their health can access our services easily.

We accept clients with various funding types. Our approach caters to individual needs, helping everyone find their path to a healthier lifestyle.

Private Health

If you have private health insurance with extras cover you may be able to claim a rebate for our services.

All of our team are Accredited practicing dietitians (APDs) who are recognised providers for private health funds.

Please check with your health fund for coverage details as benefits and costs vary between insurers and plans

DVA

NDIS

We accept referrals for NDIS participants who have self or plan managed funding. Please see our referrals page for more information and to make a referral.

If you are making and appointment for yourself and would like to see us in clinic please feel free to book via our online bookings below.

For participants who would like to arrange for a dietitian to visit them at home please contact us so be can help you arrange this.

Eligible DVA card holders with a GP referral will be bulk billed.

As per DVA requirements the initial appointment must be face to face.

Medicare refunds are available to clients with one of the following plans prepared by their GP

• GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) previously known as a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)

• Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP)

Payment of the full appointment fee is required at the time of the appointment and the rebate will be processed for you. The current Medicare rebate is $61.80.

• Initial Appointment $170 - gap after refund $108.20

• Review Appointment $90 - gap after refund $28.20

Medicare

We accept clients with pre approved dietitian consultations for Workcover.

Payment of the full appointment fee is required at the time of the appointment and a receipt will be provided for you to claim the reasonable cost back.
